Michelle Cuddy

Michelle joined St Christopher’s trust in 2007, since then she has gained a Human Resource Management graduate certificate and an MSc in Human Resource Management.   Michelle is now part of the Senior Management Team.  Michelle is responsible for all aspects of HR and training and works closely with all the managers. The HR department is responsible for the attraction, selection, assessment and rewarding of employees while ensuring that employment law, good practice and equality is carried out at all times. Michelle is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  Michelle manages and supports all fundraising activities and works closely with all staff and clients on arranging activities and fundraising events.
