CAROLINE POWELL
DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER
Caroline is a former support worker in both residential and domiciliary care, specialising in supporting people with severely challenging behaviour. During her time as a support worker with Stockport Social Services she qualified as an RMA. From 2008 to 2009 Caroline managed a residential home in Marple, joining St Christopher’s Trust in August 2009 as an Assistant Domiciliary Manager. In 2012 Caroline was promoted to her current role as Domiciliary Care Manager. In 2024 Caroline gained her registration in Domiciliary supported living and works along side her domiciliary team to ensure that the clients are supported to the highest of standards and all their needs are met.
