JOAN ROEBUCK

Joan joined the Trust in 1969, at the age of 17, as a teaching assistant. Following that she held different roles in the Trust progressing from a support worker  to  Deputy officer. Then after gaining her B-Tec National Certificate in Social Care and achieving her Registered Managers Award she became the Registered Residential Care Manager. She continued in that role until her retirement in 2010 and was then invited to become a trustee.  Joan bring a wide range of care knowledge and experience  to our team,
