At St Christopher’s Trust, we know that it is only natural for carers to need to take a break from their responsibilities from time to time. We also understand that unexpected developments can crop up without any warning at all, meaning that it is sometimes necessary to make changes to caring arrangements very quickly.
Help where and when it’s needed
Our home care support – or respite – service means clients can stay in the comfort, convenience, and familiarity of their own home where our care team will support all their needs on either a long or short-term basis, depending on the type of support required
Our team can support with all sorts of daily house-keeping tasks around the home and can also look after any shopping or medication requirements as well as general personal care.
Whether it is a few hours help a week, or a more intensive level of care, our support teams can provide a completely personalised service, tailored to specific needs and preferences. Each of our home care treatment plans are tailored to specific circumstances – for example In convalescent and rehabilitation situations.
Respite care at home
