Janet joined SCT in? Janet is a former support worker in both residential and domiciliary care, specialising in supporting people with severely challenging behaviour. During her time as a support worker with SCT she supported many people with many different needs. Janet was promoted to Service Manager for our residential home in ? / Janet completed her registration in 2024 and thrives to lead her staff to ensure a safe , well led and caring environment.
