Sue joined the Trust in 1989 as a support worker. A key member of the Senior Management Team, she is the Responsible Individual nominated by the Trust and the Board. Susan is responsible for ensuring the Trust delivers high quality support and care throughout the Organisation and is qualified in NVQ2, NVQ3 and NVQ4 in Health & Social Care. In 2005 Sue was appointed Manager of St Christopher’s Trust Domiciliary Services, gaining registration in 2006. Sue attained her Registered Manager’s Award in 2007 and was promoted to Head of Care for the Trust in 2009. Sue has recently changed her role to Quality assurance manager.
