Role Specification

St Christopher’s Trust is looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team of 6 staff. The position is to support 2 ladies within their own home and in the community. Successful candidates will have prior experience with people with a learning disability and autism. Ensuring choice, dignity, independence, privacy and respect is encouraged at all times.

St Christopher’s Trust is committed to staff training, and all Support Workers will be supported to gain qualifications. All training for the role will be provided and paid for, by St Christopher’s Trust.
